Iatrosyn provides an AI-powered medical assistant platform that offers:

  • Ambient AI scribing for real-time SOAP note creation
  • Automated medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, SNOMED CT)
  • Electronic Health Record (EHR) integration capabilities
  • Analytics and reporting dashboards
  • Multilingual support for global healthcare markets

2.2 Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

2.3 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with reasonable notice to users when possible.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a licensed healthcare professional or authorized representative of a healthcare organization
  • Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement

Healthcare providers using our services remain fully responsible for:

6.2 AI Limitations

Our AI technology:

6.3 Emergency Situations

Our services should not be used for emergency medical situations. Always follow established emergency protocols and contact emergency services when appropriate.

7. Subscription and Payment

7.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current pricing is available on our website and may be updated periodically.

7.2 Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Payment is due upon receipt of invoice
  • Late payments may result in service suspension

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any medical decisions, patient outcomes, or healthcare-related incidents resulting from your use of our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Iatrosyn, iDigital Enterprise, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Any medical decisions or patient care activities
  • Any data you provide or process through our services

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already provided.

12.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate your account immediately if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Fail to pay fees when due
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Present a security risk to our systems or other users

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your access to our services will cease immediately
  • You may request export of your data within 30 days
  • We may delete your data after the retention period
  • Accrued obligations will survive termination

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Orleans, Louisiana.

For users outside the United States, local consumer protection laws may provide additional rights that cannot be waived by these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will:

  • Allow you to terminate your account if you disagree with changes
